Go to www.tootoo.in, or download our Mobile App on Google Playstore or Apple Store. Enter your name, cell number and pin code. You will get an OTP on your mobile phone for verification. Enter the OTP to start ordering.

You may cancel your order within 24-hours of placing the same by emailing us at info@tootoo.in

You can check the general status of your order (Order Out for Delivery or Order Delivered) from “My Orders.” To check the precise delivery time of your order you can contact our customer support at info@tootoo.in.

You can use coupon codes at the time of finalization of your order on the payment page.

Our Online platform and mobile App are functional 24-hours a day and you can order at any time. However, the delivery timings are from 10am to 8pm. You have an option to select the delivery date and slot convenient to you at the time of placing your order.

No, there is no limit to how many wallet points you can use in one order.

Yes, Wallet points have an expiration date. We recommend using your points before they expire to take full advantage of them. To check the expiration date of your Wallet points, please visit "My Accounts" and select "Wallet History" in our App.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get back any expired wallet points. You are advised to track the expiry date of your wallet points and use them before the expiry date.

To view your Wallet Points balance, open the TooToo App and look for the balance icon located in the top left corner of the Home Page. For a detailed breakdown of your transactions and points, please navigate to "My Accounts" and then select "Wallet History" within our App.
